Dr. Abhaya Sumanasena, Head of Policy and Regulation at Real Wireless will be participating in the ITU World Radiocommunication Conference 2023 (WRC-23) in Dubai, United Arab Emirate between 4 – 15 December.
World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRC) are held to review or revise the radio regulations, the international treaty governing the use of the radio-frequency spectrum, and the geostationary-satellite and non-geostationary-satellite orbits.
